Ye Olde Game Review: Fallout 3: The Pitt
ESRB: M
Platform: 360, PC, (Coming Soon to PS3)
After tracking down a distress signal you find a guy fighting off a few Raiders. After dealing with the Raiders the man tells you that he is an escaped Slave from a settlement from the North known as the Pitt (Pittsburgh PA.).
While playing this game I found their to be a lot of visual glitches such as being able to see seams where texture changes. Also story wise their seems to be a lot of filler and very little that could pertain to the story. The only thing I actually liked was the Arena but all you have is three battles. Also once I finally get to the point where you make your gray choice it really isn’t that gray at all. And even the rewards for completing the Pitt main quest is access to the bullet press which will only give you a hand full of ammo at a time.
Graphics: 2/5 Seems are almost big enough to walk through, and the orange hues look like some puked on Fallout.
Sound: 2/5 You have no access any of the Wasteland radio stations.
New Content (DLC‘s Only): 3/5 This DLC actually gives me one of my favorite Guns in the Games. And the new outfits are halfway decent
Replay Value: 2/5 No room for exploration and there is nothing that is not quest related going on.
Overall: 2/5 This game offers little to the Fallout universe.
